@McNamara247: Best Asik trade I got: 3-way Deal. Pels get Asik/Ben Gordon. Bobcats- Eric Gordon. Rockets get Biyombo, Sessions, Steimsma, & two 2014 1sts (Port,Det)

I would really like this trade

Does this apply to players only or players and draft picks?

Players only. You have to be with the team a certain amount of time before you are allowed to bundle with other players. I don't believe there's a limitation on trading whoever they get individually with a pick. You also could do a "package" trade that is actually a series of individual trades if the salaries and cap space would work out.

Gordon for Biyombo, Sessions and 2 1sts? Why does Charlotte do that? I guess it's their only chance at a player of his caliber.

Yeah cause Kemba, EG, MKG, zeller, and Al Jefferson is a pretty good starting 5.

They won't trade for Asik, or any other starting C if the plan is to move AD there full time at some point. He already logs in more than half of his minutes there anyway.

We need defense bad and asik will bring that to the center position, and Jason smith with Ryno, Reke, and Ben Gordon off the bench would be pretty nice to have.

For me that would depend on what Asik will get in his next contract. Asik, Davis, Anderson is a very nice 3 big rotation on paper if you can get Asik for around $6 - $8 million on his next deal.

Rockets, who are contenders, get worse for this year.

not sure of Charlottes motive either.

I feel that's a little light for Denver, but it looks pretty close to Win-Win-Win to me.

No way a double-double C gets less than $10 million per if he hits FA.

I think Gordon starts. He's a 40% career 3pt shooter and they need more than just Holiday providing that in the starting lineup(though he's been fricking terrible at everything this year). I think they finish games with Jrue/Reke/Aminu/Ryno/AD. Maybe Asik instead of Aminu and letting AD defend the opposing SF.

Hickson plays some center and signed for the MLE after a 13/10 season.

The market for centers is changing. This new CBA is gutting the middle class. Okafor is being talked about as an MLE level player. Guys that used to get MLEs are now getting $3 million or less. We'll see what happens with Gortat and Verajao's contracts.

That would be incredible. I wonder how the rotations would work with Asik, Anderson, and Davis.
