On an OKC pregame radio broadcast a few months back they were talking about the effect Perkins immediately had on the young OKC team. I forget the specifics but he basically told the kids to stop playing soft.

Exactly. Think Juwan Howard on Miami. Locker room guy. But you can also throw Perk in for some enforcement if someone fouls AD hard.

Agreed, I think our top 12 are already signed (pending Cole) and are the only guys that should get minutes, unless we have some severe injuries.

2011-12 - Juwan Howard plays a total of 190 minutes, none of them meaningful
2012-13 - He gets 51 minutes, 37 of them in two farewell games at the very end of the season.
THIS is the type of guy the Pels will add if they sign Perk. A non-factor on the court. But a huge one in the locker room/off the court. That would be his role.

Davis, Anderson, Asik, Ajinça?

That's a bit overpriced for a forward coming off an ACL tear, even with how money is being thrown at players now. I don't really see much of an incentive for them doing the deal now. I'm just not sure I view him as a close-to-max guy even if he was healthy.j

AD/Asik will like take 30ish minutes at center leaving behing roughly 20 for Ajinca and someone like dalembert(say 15 for ajinca and 5-7 for the 5th big)

He's a top 10 SF(imo) when healthy and was great to end the season last year.
ETA: even including his new deal they're only at like 65 mil in contracts next year.

And I expect Cunningham to log some minutes at the 4, too.
