Expendable or not, that's not my argument. My argument is that both franchises want a locker room full of guys that are not going to cause strife. It's completely different sports with completely different mentalities. I get that. Obviously, you don't just give Boogie away, but I'm not opposed to moving him with the right deal.

So, massive, very pointed clues and still nobody has put five minutes into getting the full story?
Cmon, there are like 100 of you. It shouldn't be that hard

I'd say more prime Vince Carter, as I am ultra talented but gave up on you guys the way he gave up on his teammates

Crewz, you are cringe-worthy in this thread. Tighten up.

Oh I wouldn't be opposed to moving him with the right deal, I'm just saying, the overall attitude of this board is super negative and acting like this experiment is over because of an argument, when we've won 4 of 5 and been playing much much better.

Oh and here is another massive clue for you dummies---- How many Cousins quotes do you see in your little PC comments from last night?
Hmmm...... wonder why?

You guys can kill the messenger OR be thankful for getting anything
Because it's clear you guys have no other way of getting any of the real info. Apparently, you just eat up the little PC quotes and think that is truth.
You're welcome in advance :)

I'm not going listen to your podcast. We all know that's the only place this "full story" exists.

Nah. Didn't put it in there.
And I can tell you don't listen. Only one who clearly does every week is Tiger and it's no coincidence that he is BY FAR the smartest one on this board!

I'm assuming it all started with him being sat in the fourth quarter last week. I don't think the PC quotes are truth. I've stated that I have nothing else to go on. Clearly, your quote has some meaning so I'm assuming Cousins said something recently that pissed off the FO or has tipped his hand.

Incorrect, sir.

He is a child who is all about ME. I can get more complex, but it is that simple.
Again, I hoped for the best but I can only go on reality, not hope.
Sorry again for being the messenger of truth.

i listen every week, as difficult as it is.

Yeah and you know your shite too. Makes sense
Posted on 3/20/17 at 12:41 pm to Crewz
Yeah, it was pretty obvious during that game, Utah I think right?, that he wasn't engaged with his teammates in the fourth. Sure we lost, but he's part of that equation of why we lost.
Then, the next game he got into foul trouble and had to sit again late in the game which was an OT loss.
I am sure, in his opinion, those losses only happened because he wasn't in the game. Clearly not a truth.
People usually always revert back to their mean especially professional athletes.

People are who they are 99% of the time. The problem is that 1% do change drastically and then that gives people hope for the 99%
Step outside of hope and optimism and reality becomes a lot more clear

I also think people equate improvement to change. They are not mutually exclusive.
You can be better at any given thing especially if it becomes repetitive nature kind of like muscle memory. Doesn't mean you have changed.

You're just too reactionary. Last night you were on board with Cousins. This morning he's a child and can't be a part of our future plans. And now anyone saying otherwise is wrong and just being hopeful.

let me explain how to act like an adult
everyone is entitled to their opinions. but we also must be able to defend our opinions if others disagree. and when we use strong, inflammatory words to express our opinion it attracts even more scrutiny
opinionated analysis - this is good and worthy of discussion
fair enough I appreciate it
this is called rationalization. its proclaiming a logical reason for another less acceptable reason to avoid self-blame. otherwise known as an "immature response." so I dont need to further explain this is childish
again valid opinionated points - worthy of furthering the discussion and/or debate
if you put your work out for all the public to see you are liable to get scrutinized. its what you've signed up for. so be aware that people will challenge you, people won't be nice, so don't be so defensive and easily hurt. present your critiques like an adult and stimulate discussion
but again if you call people out that disagree youre opening yourself up to more and more pushback
quote:
You guys both say I am an idiot whose opinion is a joke and then get upset when I don't like the guy you want me to like. If I am such an idiot, why does it matter??

I like high IQ guys. I like guys who know what they are good at, and more importantly, what they are not good at. I like guys who hustle. Cousins does not check any of those three boxes for me.

But I am not trying to make you guys all hate him.
