Did Lauscha negotiate lease extensions already and so quietly? I thought they were still in preliminary stages.
ETA - interview with Lauscha suggests they are not in that timeframe yet. Maybe the updated master plan release for the Dome/SKC renovations?
ETA2 - Master plan is supposed to take 6 months from June to complete. So that won't be it.
