Scored tickets to see this legendary songwriter at the Manship Theater on 1-9-16. Should be a very interesting show in a very nice quaint venue. This will be my 1st time seeing RWH, can anybody shed some light on what I may expect?

I think he is sober now, so he won't be too crazy or anything.

He will tell some cool stories about his career, songs, family, etc.

Saw him in the Manship last year and he was great. I'll be there in January too TD. It's going to be him with a drummer and maybe his son on lead guitar.

I have been checking some of his youtube vids, pretty cool stuff. Just saw Jerry Jeff Walker a couple weeks ago and that was awesome.

You lucky dog! RWH is one of my favorites! His son is one hell of a guitar player also, would be nice if he is there but he has been in school in Colorado, but meets up sometimes for shows. If it is acoustic or electric you will have a great time Treedawg

Manship is an awesome venue. Saw Hayes Carll there last year. Will be looking at their calendar again this year for more similar shows

Saw him earlier this year.. fun show.

He played Snake Farm.

Then he played it again for his encore ... cracked me up.

IDK....I saw him at Courvilles in Beaumont and he was high on life and happy as could be. One of the best shows I've ever seen him do. Very entertaining.
