Although they've done nothing but regressed since, I'd have to go with Pearl Jam-Ten. That whole album is good from start to finish. Not a bad song on it.

Also, just to give hip-hop some love...Nas' Illmatic is not only the greatest debut in the entire genre, it's perhaps the best album in hip-hop. Period.
