1. Obyron. Beat Mountain.
2. Ser Jorah. Beat a dothraki in single combat
3. Bronn. He is Bronn.
4. Hound. Should be higher but just have to light a match around him

When he defeats a Khal then he'll get credit

Jon has lost his sword in every fight he has ever had. He would be among the first to die in this tournament based on where he is as a fighter pre-mutiny.

Seeing as Oberyn technically killed him. Yes it's pretty damn close.
And how did that work out for him.

Had absolutely nothing to do with your point.

Going solely off what has taken place on screen in the show, Brienne has proven to be the best. She's the only one to have fought three people on the list and won all three battles.

He got kicked off a mountain essentially. If it's a fight on plain ground it's a different fight. But I'd still give the nod to Brienne the Beauty

Brienne probably has the highest on-screen body count at this point

She also fought a bear with a wooden sword and now owns a valerian steel sword.
Now we can add ramsays "good men" to her bodycount list.

If you're taking any of these in their prime, then it's:
Barristan Selmy

Of major characters she's been shown to do a lot more than most.
she bested the Hound - in a somewhat fair fight - although he was ill he was well enough to fight and kill a group of men in an inn for chicken
She killed Stannis - who did not resist but would have been helpless against her if he tried.
She bested Jamie - just read the description of their fight. Jamie was also weakened and sick but the surprising thing from the description is how clear the book made it that she was markedly stronger (with a neck like a bull) and was using that brute force to her advantage to overwhelm him.
Khal Drogo, the Mountain or the Hound probably have the highest body counts referred to - slaughtering sub par soldiers is sort of their thing. The Mountain and Drogo probably started killing seriously when they were adolescents.
The Sword of the Mourning guy sounds like he was clearly the best. Didn't the description of when Ned bested him indicated that he (alone!) killed six of the eight men who took him on? And a young Robert Baratheon lived to fight. He was Khal Drago before he grew old and fat.

Jamie was also in hand shackles, at least on the show, when they "fought".
She also bested Loras in Renly's tourney.

It was 7 mounted knights against three, but "they were no ordinary three"
Sword of the Morning-
quote:
Arthur Dayne is remembered as the greatest knight of his generation, not only in martial skill but in value and virtue as a true knight. Even Barristan Selmy, a living legend in his own right, thought that Ser Arthur surpassed himself in all respects. Ser Barristan, Jaime Lannister, and even Eddard Stark were all in awe of Ser Arthur, and recall him with nothing less than complete reverence

When asked who would win in a duel, George R.R. Martin said that if Arthur Dayne and Barristan Selmy fought with any swords it would be a very even fight - but if Dayne was armed with his sword Dawn, he would narrowly have the advantage over Selmy.

I'm gonna personally cast my vote for Oberyn Martell. The dude had the "Mountain" beat despite not wearing any armor and drinking before the fight. I fricking hate the sand snakes, but the show depicts his daughters as being pretty tough fighters too. Oberyn is also from Dorne. Dorne is pretty badass and know for being the only kingdom to resist Aegon Targaryen and his dragons. God I wish Oberyn was still alive.
Oberyn would get killed quickly doing that shite against Jaime. That works for the Mountain since he is as slow as shite and a massive target. Jaime was quick as hell, and will fight close with Oberyn. To be fair to Oberyn though, he wouldn't have used the same strategy fighting Jaime as he did the Mountain.
