Hand to hand, no weapons, as god intended, I am going with Khal Drogo.
Really, no matter the rules, I want that guy on my team.

Bronn would be a strong sleeper to take out anyone.
We probably need separate threads for the books and show at this point, though. Bronn has been inflated because his role was expanded (popularity) on the show. In the books, Loras is 16, not mid-20s, and already that good. That is supposed to directly parallel Jaime being in the Kingsguard that young.
And, Dayne is nothing in the show compared to the legend in the books. From reading, if he had that sword, there's no way he loses a one-on-one to anyone, possibly excepting Barristan (in his prime -and they were contemporaries.)

Areo Hotah in the books is a beast.
In the show he was a bitch.

He's effectively "The Mountain" of the steppe.

It's definitely Arthur Dayne

Another *ahem* departure the show has made.

Hagar would assinate them all before the tournament even got started.

He's been mentioned before.
He's in a flashback later this season according to this LINK
And nothing says show only anyways

She's boring, but she beat Loras one on one, she beat the Hound one on one, and she held her own with Jaime Lannister.
It is implied that they all underestimate her, though. She's great, but not elite (IMHO).

I learned from Ser Arthur Dayne, the Sword of the Morning, who could have slain all five of you with his left hand while he was taking a piss with the right. Ser Jamie
They whispered of Ser Arthur Dayne, the Sword of the Morning, deadliest of the seven knights of Aerys's Kingsguard Catelyn Stark

Well if we're pulling in characters not on the OP's list, then Bran controlled Hodor would wreck shite through at least half that list.

If they let the Dorne writers do this one, he'll probably just draw Dawn and get stabbed in the back by Howland Reed's tiny little trident. I will at least threaten to quit watching and just wait for WoW at that point.

I'd go with Ser Arthur Dayne, The Sword of the Morning (why you don't have him listed, I don't know). The only two that would stand a chance against him are The Mountain and The Red Viper, but my money would've been on The Sword of the Morning.
And if anyone doesn't think that Robert Baratheon wasn't a badass back in his prime, wielding a war hammer, then they are sorely mistaken.
