Yeah, no need to reboot when you can make your own. We're seeing a bit of a resurgence of the family sitcom right now. They should be looking for something edgy, the 2016 equivalent of Married With Children or The Simpsons.

Soooo..... like Modern Family?

Having a bunch of people in their 30's and early 40's play high school kids might be a bit of a stretch even for hollywood.

Obviously not them back in High School. Thought that was obvious.

Maybe them all meeting back up and seeing where they ended up, or if they all stayed in the same town.

Modern Family is not so modern anymore. Lily had her 8th birthday in a recent episode, it's hard to believe that show's been on that long. It also took a lot more risks with things like racial humor in season 1. But they are beholden to advertisers unlike NetFlix.

They fast forwarded Lily's age a few years. I believe this is season 6.

NBC is currently filming a Cruel Intentions pilot and Sarah Michelle Gellar has signed on to reprise her role of Katherine. Basically Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillepe's kid is going to their old private school.
