An American Tail
86. I was 4. I think it's that. I'm pretty sure I saw Transformers in the Theater too.
And I'm fairly certain I saw Santa Claus The Movie in the theater with my family. But I would have been 3.
An American Tail is distinct though. I remember that even today.

Porn. Not joking, my friends dad owned a theater and the liked to sneak us in during the those hours. We were only 6 or 7 but I remember the plot one.
First big screen movies that I remember was either King Kong and Star Wars.

I don't remember the movie, but I do remember your mom liking it when I pulled the classic dick in the tub of popcorn gag.

Gremlins 2, I was five.
Thought Gizmo was the baddest dude on the planet and hadn't seen Rambo yet so I didn't get the red bandanna reference.

I remember going going to the old Pasqua theater in Gonzales when I was three or four. Maybe saw Star Wars but can't really remember. Also saw the cartoon Moby Dick there. Don't remember what was first.
Remember Empire Strikes back in Bon Marche very well 7 years old.

Watching the Rock Opera, Tommy, with my parents, at 10 years old.
I had no idea WTF was going on, and I was seriously freaked out.

I'm gonna get flack for this, but 1986, "Song of the South" at the movie theater in the old Bon Marche with my Grandma. I was 5. I think the movie has been banned. Zippity doo da!!! Please don't throw me in the brier patch!!!
The next most memorable was Back to the Future 2, at the old movie theater at the North side of LSU, where Buffalo Wild Wings is now. My dad made us leave, because he felt the language was too strong for my young ears.
And of course, years of Movies at the $1 Broadmoor, the creepy old lady at the ticket booth and the stickiest floors EVER.

5 years old
Return of the Jedi!!!!
I had seen Star Wars on HBO months prior.
I then saw Empire Strikes Back months later on Betamax (6 years old).
Seeing that out of order was very confusing at the time. It took me a little time to figure it out.

Tim Burton's Batman.
I was 8, turning 9 in a couple of months. Watching it at a theatre that no longer exists. I also remember going around the house scrapping together whatever change I could find to buy the collecter cards.

Batman in 1989. Went to the bathroom at some point in the middle of it and couldn't find my family when I came back in.
