Seinfeld..showing some age now, but still holds up due to universal ageless themes.

Curb Your Enthusiasm..modern..I'm getting old and in touch with my inner-Larry David.

Louie..was always a fan of his stand-up and viewed life on a similar wavelength, also same age as CK thus appreciate his takes.

Arrested Development..great writing..twisted..and a wonderfully sarcastic cast..I can't wait for Season 5.

Entourage..cheating imho to use a PPV channel series which can push boundaries further than mainstream, and a cheesy show with unrealistic budget at it's character's disposals, but plenty of twenty-something hijinks.

Just missed cut:

Always Sunny In Philly..sick characters and plots..great cast..am a lifelong Phanatic that appreciates it's usage of Philly

The League..never been a Fantasy guy, but love Football..hilarious cast.

Family Guy..Seth's so warped!..cartoon allowed him the vehicle to have unlimited vision..could damn near make top five just for Star Wars parody episodes, or Petarded and North by North Quahog.

Cheers..sometimes very hard to watch now, as it's very 1980s dated, but if you grew up then, it rates over even Friends for 1980's kids.

MASH..perfect Vietnam era and 1970s show set to the Korean conflict..bridged war and adult themes with warmth and humor..but not as good as the Altman film.

70s Show, HIMYM, South Park, SOAP, Dream On, Sanford and Son, Bob Newhart/Newhart Show, 30 Rock,etc..

I don't watch a lot of sitcoms, but lots of solid choices here. I just want to add my guilty, guilty pleasure, since nobody else has mentioned it:

"My Name Is Earl"

My wife and I used to watch it in syndication (TBS, I believe) every night before going to sleep. It was trashy and stupid and hilarious.

1. Friends
2, Seinfeld
3. The Office
4. Wonder Years
5. Arrested Development

Honestly, I feel weird including Wonder Years, but it works. If we include comedies, Simpsons almost HAS to make the list, and it would be tough not to have South Park or Futurama as well.

Just missing this list are: Cheers, Community, Fresh Prince
