The penguin played by Phillip Seymour Hoffman.

Black Mask as a gangster/underworld figure.

Riddler as an obsessive compulsive mastermind. Someone who could challenge the World's Greatest Detective intellectually. He would rock the green suit and bowler, not the unitard.

Hugo Strange would be decent as the archetypal mad scientist. Maybe someone doing Mengela-type experiments on the homeless.

Killer Croc would be a decent "muscle" if they kept him more realistic and less like a half-crocodile/dinosaur.

As far as one's we've never seen in Live Action:

Red Hood
Hush
Hugo Strange
Harley Quinn (She has to be paired with Mr. J though)
Deadshot
Black Mask
Clayface
Mr. Zsasz

And aside from a cameo, I really don't want to see the Riddler anytime soon. Probably the most overrated villain in all of comics. In almost all incarnations, he's merely just a nuissance for Batman, and isn't even as remotely as intelligent as he thinks he is. Ra's, Hugo Strange, Bane, Scarecrow, and Joker are much more intelligent than the Riddler is. If he was so smart, he should be able to figure out Batman's identity, while the ones listed above have or just don't care to find out.

I'd rather have Zsasz be quite a bit bigger. Granted I'm not sure how you do it without playing footsie with R-rated territory. He's probably the most fricked up of all Batman's villains.

Mr. Zsasz. Have the whole parallels with Wayne.

I'd say Killer Croc or Clayface, but I'm unsure how they'd be made "real". You could probably take on the wrestling part of Croc's background, but sets it up as just a ground and pound villain. Clayface could be a master of disquise, without crossing too much into Hush territory.

ETA: But the above point about portraying Zsasz in a certain rating standard makes it a bit more difficult.

Hugo Strange and Clayface would be awesome. Deathstroke wouldn't be bad either

just give him that disease (Ichthyosis) that makes peoples skin all scaly, add some tats, file his teeth, put studs in his skin, and give him a job in a carnival freak show and BOOM you have Killer Croc.

something along the lines of this crazy asshat

mixed with

Yeah, that looks about right. I have some comics from the 80's when Croc was first introduced. That was the way they portrayed him and I thought the realistic Killer Croc was a scary mofo.

It's now largely rumored that they plan on adapting Arkham Asylum into a movie and then doing Arkham City. I really want to see a Batman film where they go all out on the villains and have a ton of them. I'd guess this would be the villain list of each one:

Asylum: Joker, Harley Quinn, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Bane, Zsasz

City: Joker, Harley Quinn, Hugo Strange, Ra's al Ghul, Catwoman, Two Face, Talia al Ghul, Mr. Freeze, Clayface

You even had an Azrael cameo in city. So much potential.

If you did Victor Zsasz and it wasn't rated R, I don't think it'd be believable. He's a pretty sick frick.

I'd like to see Harley in one soon, of course you'd need the Joker.
Plus I want to see a Harley/Catwonan fight on the big screen

maybe film the R rated stuff, see what gets through the ratings board, and save the rest for an unrated version on Blurray?

then again, you'd prob still have moron parents who buy their kids the flick b/c they think "Oh its a comic book flick"

I mean shite, there were 10 and under kids in the theater when I saw TDKR.

it was always incredible to met he shite parents would let their kids rent when I worked at a Blockbuster in college.

sometimes they would even get pissed at me when they had to come in b/c I refused to give R rated movies and M rated games to their unaccompanied kids.

its like I'm sorry lady but I'm not gonna give your 13 year old Dead Alive or Porky's when he strolls in by himself.
