Colossus being a chivalrous ahole was hilarious and frustrating at the same time.

Don't be hating because Deadpool didn't give you a reach-around.

You clearly went in expecting a different movie. The people who knew what they were getting enjoyed it. I have no clue how you got Spawn from that ad campaign.

I really enjoyed the movie.

My only complaint is that the villain felt incredibly flat. I get that he can't feel feelings and everything, but I found my self bored wishing he'd show some pain or anger or something at getting killed.

Estimated box office for the weekend now at 135 million and up to 150 million including Monday. That's insane.

What was the budget to make the movie

Didn't it say that the making of the movie employed 13,000 people at the end?

Yes, that is an accurate portrayal of me during that scene. I can only imagine what they cut out to make up that $7-8 million dollars they were told to save on. My only fear at this point is that they try to do too much the next go around.

what? How can a movie about fricking Deadpool, a character in the marvel universe that by and large the general population has either never heard of before or knows nothing about, be considered a money grab?

I hate when businesses make things just to make money.

Those assholes.

Wife was reading an article about that this morning...word was there were two fight scenes that were going to be expanded originally. One was going to be a bike chase between Deadpool and Francis on the highway, and the other was the end scene where he forgot this bag of guns. They literally had him leave the guns to point out that the fight scenes was now going to be without all the gunfire they'd need to create.

Also...they saved money on only having those two X-Men, so that was also a true nod to the budget.
