understand not liking a movie. I mean, it isn't for everyone, but not liking a movie because it wasn't what you thought it would be even though you ignored or didn't see a single bit of advertisement?
Dude. Think about girls for a second. They might not be fans of sci-fy... So they dont go to every single space movie that comes out... However if the reviews and fan fare have been great for a movie then they might check out Matrix, Star wars, etc.
Like country music or hip hop or any other genre, you have people who like pretty much every piece of garbage released.... And then you have that every so often song that crosses over.
This movie did not cross over, it catered to immature dip shits who wanted to be the first to tell everyone how great it was for a super hero to talk about his ballz...huh.uh.huhhh.huhhh...he said ballz

Either a troll or a dick, most likely both. You can not complain about a movie not being something you thought it was going to be if you have no clue about the source material or hell even watch a trailer.

So now I need to be a fan boy?
You hating on this movie is like someone going to a football game then after complaining that they didn't know they were going to a sporting event and that sporting events are stupid.

So Im not allowed to enjoy a well made crude movie every once in a while?
Posted on 2/14/16 at 3:15 pm to Kujo
So you were in the threads, getting feedback and still didn't understand what kind of movie you were going to see? How did all the reviews here not tip you off that this was closer to Hangover than it was to Silence of the Lambs.

Of course, just lower the trumpeting "Best Eva" nonsense and have some sort of understanding of how shitty it is.
You can laugh at scary movie 4, but to go around and praise its accomplishments is not okay.
Are you people that far gone that you can't differentiate anymore quality from cheap thrills?

Just got done watching it. Very good movie and I enjoyed it, but I'm not feeing the "OH MY GOD SO AMAZING!!!!" that everyone else has been.

I knew Fan boys would be overly positive thats why I asked the way that I did, to try to get an honest assessment.
The better question is why aren't more of you wanting a sotl over hangover?

How is it that you are the only individual in this entire thread who did not understand what he was going to see?
I think that says more about you than anyone else here.

Somehow you still don't get it. Somehow even after the movie and this thread you still don't understand the Deadpool character

Please continue this melt. It is quite enjoyable to read your nonsense

Scary Movie 4 was terrible. Bad example.

So Batman has been consistent? Between Jack Nicholson,Danny Devito, Jim Carey, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc.....to the newest, darker, incarnation?
Which did you like better, and which was targeted to a more adult audience?
Star wars consistent? which was darker 4,5,6 or 1,2,3? Which targeted young vs which targeted old?
Now I hear about this GREAT movie.....just like I did with Batman begins and Matrix....and went to see it.
See, no one, championed Batman forever saying "dude you gotta see this"...no one grabbed me and said " we have to go to "the incredible hulk(2008)"..... And I didn't have to suffer through a made for toys movie.
But because we have an r rated green lantern, every of age boy feels the need to one up how much they liked it more than their friend....." No I liked it more...I give eleventy billion thumbs up"...."bro, I liked infinity thumbs up "

Saw this movie yesterday. It was good. There will certainly be at least two sequels. I went to a 4PM showing and it was packed.

Just a good fun movie. Better than most comedies coming out these days.

Just finished watching it. I thought it was a very good movie for what it was------a comic book movie that wasn't supposed to be to serious while at the same time entertaining.

Don't get so upset over the arguments taking place in your head.

Went this morning. Was in huge stadium auditorium with not that many people.
I couldn't tell if the crowd didn't get the subtler comic book humor, but I was laughing a lot.
In my theater, Ajax soap had the biggest laugh as well.
Going into the film I said to myself "I hope there is a cold opening...it'd be perfect". But those credits were great, and a great way to blend them into the story!
Can someone tell me more about this bar that does these messy deeds for people? Is this in other comic books, or just Deadpool?
