You'll also notice they kept Gwen from crossing a certain line last night to stop her from rushing the stage.

First chick was pretty good, but not great. But she has a solid voice and could do well with good coaching IMO. I think Pharrell isn't the best fit for her, but I dig me some Pharrell so I'll allow it.

Joe Kirk is good, but for four chairs that fast is sort of a shock to me. I felt like he should've maybe picked Gwen, but he went Adam.

What's funny is that I briefly saw Joe Kirk's family when FFWDing, and I thought he was gay and being raised by his mom and two lesbians, but it turns out it was just his brothers.

Can't believe Gwen waited so long on Reggae dude, or that Adam didn't turn. He was good I guess, but he won't go far IMO. Blake was lying to him when he said that it was the best technical performance he's heard all day (unless this dude was the first of the day).

Gwen annoys me sometimes, but she's so goddamn cute. She's an absolute smoke show, especially considering her age.

White Fat Joe isn't very good so far. I don't expect anybody to turn around. I'm actually gonna FFWD and see if I'm right.......yup.

This Reagan James girl is pretty good. I just got to the "Gwen, don't cross that line" part.

Hey, Pharrell...if you don't turn your chair, you can't be upset that you can't have her. Don't be like that, a.k.a. "pulling an Adam." It seemed like Reagan didn't want to hear any of Pharell's bullshite. Good for her.

This Taylor dude is pretty damn good. Seems like a good match with Adam or Pharrell....yup, Pharrell. Good fit. He's pretty polished and Pharrell can just guide him as a producer. He could go far.

And she does the weird pronunciation bullshite when she sings...of course. I couldn't hate this chick more at this point. Glad nobody turned around for her. Pharrell nailed it...within the first 30 seconds he had this chick figured out 100% and it never changed.

Tears For Fears dude isn't impressed with what the judges have to say since they didn't turn around, but he sucked dick though so he can peace the frick out.

Maiya is legit. Her voice reminds me of that bald Celine Dion-knowing black chick from last season, but she's more toned down and less dramatic, and that's a good thing IMO. I like her, and she could straight up fricking KILL some Aretha, Etta James, Gladys Knight, Whitney, etc. later in the show. I look forward to that.

Gwen, sit down, girl.

Four full hours in, and I don't think Gwen has turned first for anybody yet. She's still Shakira'ing.

Also, I don't think we've seen someone where only one person turned, have we?

Pharrell has some superstars on his team so far.

No, I don't think there's been a one chair turn yet. It's early, though.

Like you, I'm waiting for Gwen to think on her own and turn first, but I'm not sure that's going to happen.

Blake and Adam, both, tell these people they can win with them and they have the best voices they've heard ever or today etc... It's over the top. I think I'd go with someone else if they said it to me because I would know, having watched the show, that they say it all the time.

First girl was really good with high potential.

The Kirk kid will last a few rounds and be done, but that's not a big knock, he was good, just not good enough to win it or get close IMO.

Reggae guy is meh, probably won't last past the battle rounds.

Ditto, I had a huge thing for her back in the day, and she's still damn near the same it's amazing.

Reagan chick is solid, but there's always a girl that has her different sound every year, she'll go decently far before going home, but not near the end.

Taylor Phelan just had I think my favorite performance in the Blind Auditions ever. Yep, he sure as hell did. That was just fantastic on every level. Smart choice with Pharrell, he's going to go quite far. Pharrell is fricking hilarious though "I don't know anything about baseball, but I know he just stole a base" to Adam was . Best coach on the show now.

Sugar has a lot of potential IMO, good range, nice grit/growl to her voice when she wants it, and can hit all the highs it seems. She could be a surprise. We'll see what Gwen can do with her.

Taylor sucks, meh, be gone with the quickness.

Andy sucks, be gone.

Maiya was fine, but too church gospel sounding for me, she'll go pretty far but not a winner.



Good episode again though, loving the new cast and reinvested in the show.

I'm just not sure if Gwen wanted her that much. Did you see her face when she picked her?

This is the first time I've ever watched The Voice from the start. What happens when judges start filling up their teams of 8? Are their only three, then two, then one potential chair(s) that can turn? Theoretically, a judge could be super picky and make the auditions drag on forever, huh?
