don't know how anyone can say this. We've development in how the prosecution is planning on presenting the case against Naz. We've also seen the battle between Naz & his family on who should represent him in trial. Along with the information from the stepdad. Again, I think someone of you were expecting a True Detective style of series. Which this clearly is not.

The problem is it took 25% of the entire show to only reveal those plot points. I generally like slow burn type shows and don't even care if this show isn't entirely about a "who done it" murder investigation, but you can keep the who done it part alive with random pieces of info here and there. Instead we get more eczema!!!

Hopefully, we'll get more background information on Andrea.

Maybe the investigation will shed some light on what happened in her life during the final days and weeks of her life. We know so little about her.

Something about Stone's attitude after Naz tells him that his family wants different representation gives me the vibe that he's going to go rogue and try to figure this case out on his own

My off the wall theory: Since the dude at the impound or whatever gave the 2 cab co-owners Stone's card, I think they file grand theft auto charges and Stone takes the case. And somewhere along the way of him investigating the case he stumbles into the bombshell that cracks the murder case.

It's wayyyy out there, but just throwing it out.

It was pretty funny. But we don't need 5 separate scenes focused on his feet

So checking the cast and Freddy is only credited with one episode. And apparently this is based on a BBC show Criminal Justice" by Peter Moffat

I hope so. Really disliked that angle they threw into the show. To top it off they use Michael Williams. So dumb.

I don't think the episode count on IMDb is completely accurate. It said the victim girl was only in one episode but she was clearly in episode two as a corpse and maybe even some flashbacks further down the road. I wouldn't doubt the credits are fudged to throw off the public.

the prison storyline. everything about the story had been unique up until that point. On top of that they thrust Michael Williams into a role he has played half a dozen times.

They have TVs everywhere in the prison, Omar has 10 cellphones, he's banging a prison guard, i mean come the frick on. what the frick was that shite

The show doesn't seem know what kind of program it wants to be.
Ep1 Murder Mystery
EP2 Boring Police Procedural
Ep3 Prison Show

Yeah everything about the prison sequences in episode 3 was so cliche. It's been done a thousand times.

It's looking like it's going to highlight all the different aspects of a case like this. Obvious next part would be the grand theft auto charges brought against the dad by his own partners and how it tears their relationship apart or the whole lawyer perspective of trying to gain notoriety from a case this big

Someone posted earlier about how they think the show is trying to show that there are really no good guys and really no bad guys (excluding, obviously the murderer and the guilty) in the show.

It goes to lengths to show cops as just regular people going to a job everyday, not wanting to work long hours, tedious paperwork, etc. just like anyone else. It shows how lawyers can have good intentions but want fame and money too and many other aspects of the "system."
