Explosion was the last Real World where they brought in each cast members ex bf/gf to live with them.
It was a decent season compared to the shite that was Portland & St. Thomas

What did she do?
No one knows if she or anyone else did anything. There were rumors of someone bringing drugs but even the people on Vevmo don't know why the Sydney team was sent home.

The rumors were drugs... tried to sneak them into the country where they were filming and got busted.
Just a rumor though.

they just came off of possibly their (IMO) best-formatted season ever. Plus, the free agent format would likely lure in older cast members who were awesome.
Unfortunately last season did crappy in the ratings compared to the Rivals and Exes ones.

They haven't done a Duel since 09.
Posted on 7/30/14 at 5:30 pm to Korin
Free Agents is probably the closest we'll ever get to seeing a Duel 3

The mental exams test for sociopathic behavior and signs of mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc).
Apparently the only person to fail is Adam Royer, the Maine drug lord. Ty was close to failing, allegedly.

I forgot about that.

Must have missed this. Good stuff. Keep us updated
Why can't they get CT on? Call up Shavon Rooftop hookup FTW
The Bananas stuff is bullshite, but whatever. I'd like to see Wes and some of the old guard on it.
And if it's true about most of the heavy hitters from Explosion turning them down (Cory, Jenny, Brian) then that season has to be a complete fail. A primary objective of Explosion was to double the cast to keep the future challenges plentiful, kind of like a mini fresh meat.
Overall, cast is weak but I'll still watch. It seems a shade about Battle of the Seasons, which was the worst one MTV has done.
Also, as others have said, seems silly they are trying to shove a square peg in a round hole. Just round up a bunch of people then decide what the theme is. Can easily do Gauntlet, Inferno, Cutthroat, etc again. Or rookies/vets, bad asses vs. good guys. If they are going to keep resuming themes, at least pick the good ones and not manufacture shite like Bananas

Ah. I didn't know that's what it was called, but at least I've literally heard of the show.

Shocker that he would fail a mental test. And that just makes me hate Nany even more.

I think the biggest problem they have getting some of the older cast to do these things is that they make the conditions over there awful a lot of the time. And they have ever since the Island.
According to Vevmo, the reason on the Ruins that you see them in their bedrooms so much is because they were not allowed to go out of the house. Susie was fined once for going out on the front lawn to lay out and get some sun. Also among other things, the house won't have working AC at times, the food is horrible, they are allowed only 2 10 minute phone calls per week. If you look at the older challenges, they seem to be having more fun while still competing. That's probably why 90% of the episodes these days consist of the challenge, deliberation and elimination. Hardly none of the cast goofing off and going out.

Cory from San Fran explosion will be the future of the challenges, I think. It's a shame that his ex's won't go on with him.
Posted on 7/31/14 at 11:44 am to Mr Skin
Corey was a moron and size doesn't equal wins. He wouldn't be able to play the game mentally because he can't argue for shite. Plenty of big guys have tried and failed. Johnny isn't even that big and he wins because he gets it.

He doesn't want to do them anymore after winning Rivals 2 (supposedly he got $25k just to come back for Free Agents).

Not saying he's the brightest, but he would be one of the most athletic, likeable persons on it. Also, in his defense, he argued with Bryan, who just tried way too hard to sound smart.

I'd like to see Sarah win one after getting screwed twice by her partner (s).

I'd like to see them quit asking the same people over and over again honestly. We need a break from Jasmine, Jonna, Jemmye, etc.

I think they have a hard time convincing a lot of past cast members to come on the show for various reasons.
