On a side note, Kamerion Wimbley seems like he might be the most decent person to ever be on reality television. This is a guy who could easily get away with saying anything to anyone and all the guy does is go about these challenges with class and respect.

Damn shame he played his career in the abyss known as the Titans. Meanwhile, the media wraps itself in knots covering morons like Kaepernick and debating Odell Beckham's yacht poses.

It all depends on how Kam does on the eating challenge, I think.

Lolo is so good that she has to be a lock.

I ma honestly amazed at how good Ashley is at these challenges, considering she is so immature and gets drunk so much. But deep down, she is quite athletic and smarter than most Challengers.

Ashley had a chance to win that challenge if she kept her head in the game. Those low bars would have been harder for Lolo to constantly go under since she's taller. Ashley might have even had a bit of an advantage.

That challenge seemed like it was designed for Kam to lose. Those metal cages were low to the ground and he's so big it would've been tough for him going over, under, etc...he's lucky he didn't have to do it.

Caught up on this last night.

Tia Blanco is fine as frick. Sad to see her go, but her just giving up in her elimination was bullshite. Wish TJ would have been there to see if he would have called out a Pro for quitting

And Fat CT is way too chill.

Victor Cruz has been a lame replacement for TJ. Also, I can't stand how many recorded lines they're having to dub over with him explaining the rules. Makes me cringe.

Agreed.

I don't blame Tia for quitting though, she had no chance against Lolo and it wasn't worth even the slight risk of injury at that point.

There's a pretty big difference in a professional athlete quitting to prevent injury and a career bartender quitting because something is too hard.

Johnny must really love the fact that Wes won all his eliminations, is considered a great dude by everyone on the show, and beat an Olympic athlete.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Lolo defers to him on every decision she makes, and Kam and Louie like him. He has gone 3-0 in eliminations and is in the finals. Meanwhile Johnny's main highlights are losing to Wes and having CM Punk yell at him that "you're just a fan, I don't even know what you do".

I read somewhere, maybe on here, that Wes was also like the only person Punk really liked on the show. Punk is notorious for not really making friends easily, or letting people in. I've been following these shows from the beginning, and it's always been well known that Wes was a chill dude off the show, and played a character for the cameras.

Honestly, except for a few a-hole moments like when he poured a coke on Cara Maria for no reason and how he was very arrogant towards Casey (even though she was terrible), most of Wes's moments are a result of JEK teaming up on him and him responding in a way that anyone who isn't unbelievably chill would.

The Ruins is a perfect example of that. I mean Louie wouldn't get heated at that type of behavior, but just about anyone else would Evelyn certainly did, and I don't blame her in the slightest, either.

ETA: As for Kam, I agree that he is a consummate gentleman on the show and definitely has no bullying tendencies. But it should be noted that absolutely no one has even remotely gotten close to pushing his buttons (and understandably so). He is obviously nothing like early CT, who was generally a complete a-hole and bully to weaker people (Adam King, Davis, etc), but part of his serene nature is because he is so much better and bigger than everyone, and no one is dumb enough to even consider messing with him. You can tell CT is scared to death of him

caught up on episode 5.

I love how they wait for shawne to be gone before they did this challenge to give the pros a chance...could you imagine lights out and kam both?

as for ashley M, holy shite I didn't watch the last challenge but she's gotta realize you're gonna get screwed as the newer player. People have formed friends/alliances for years and will continue to do so.

This eating challenge was a lot easier than past eating challenges. I kinda figured the pros wouldn't want to eat rotten goat assholes and fermented pig balls so they had to tone it down for them.

Yep. Kind of sucks for Louise that Lindsey puked all over her food. I'd have been done after that too.

Darrell and Cara Maria did well. Kind of amazing how Cara was once Darrell's partner to get onto the show and they were eliminated by Jillian and Pete on FM2 on the first episode

I looked back on the draft, and it's amazing how Wes went for Mandi instead of Theresa. With Theresa, he might have won the whole thing.

Really hate how on these challenges they don't have walls between each team so others can't copy the puzzles.

Darrell went beast mode and won that for his team. He wasn't letting Cara lose this for them. Major props to CT for what he did. I didn't realize how close Wes and CT were til this show.

I'd say huge props to CT if this weren't for charity. But if I were his charity I'd be like "wtf, CT? You could've gotten us $55,000."

The finals continue to be lame. Obviously this show had about 1/10th the budget a normal challenge does, as it appeared that they were in the middle of, like, Iowa.
