I know there is another thread involving the DC Universe, but I felt like this deserved its own:

I have a feeling this will be amazing or really bad

I'm heavily leaning towards the later.

So we get to see them kill innocent people together

All because you feel as if Batman somehow can't exist in the current MoS universe?

I don't know about you, but a non Bale Batman will just seem odd so "soon" after the last

Bruce Wayne already exists in the MoS universe. The events of MoS will be his starting point.

Especially if this "new" Batman's first film is in a joint movie.

It will be great as long as it stars JGL and is directed by Nolan. The ending might be a little confusing, though.

I'm pleased because it means they won't be rushing a JL movie in 2015. I also really enjoyed MoS tho so I trust that this will be good.
Think it works well for Batman instead of having his own movie right away

It's not just Batman, but the Flash, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, etc. Justice League should be a much lighter tone than this universe has established.

Flash and the Batman/Superman relationship will undoubtedly be the light moments of a Justice League movie, but i'm glad that it'll probably be a little more darker in tone. Otherwise I think it would just turn out to be Avengers with DC characters

I have no idea how to feel about this.
I'm happy and intrigued as frick but I'm worried if this could work or not or not given the very natures of the characters.

I look forward to Superman's WTF moment when he finds Batman's secret supply of weaponized kryptonite.

Who did Superman kill in MoS that was innocent?

Indirectly, tens of thousands. His primary concern should not have been kicking Zod's arse, but leading him out of the city. Instead, he's comfortable brawling there, leading to another 90,000 deaths.

So if someone tells you hey, I'm going to kill you, is your first reaction going to be to lead them out to the middle of nowhere to throw down? No, it's not. It's going to be to defend yourself by any means. You are viewing MoS through the lens of the old boy scout Superman. He isn't that Superman. He isn't perfect. He's new. He's learning. He's flawed. He doesn't have hindsight like you do. Also, the military was in Metropolis if he needed aid. Say he takes him out to the middle of the desert and gets killed. Then what? The military can't help him and the people of Earth have no help. Also, that battle did in fact leave Metropolis. When you are throwing down, the first and foremost thought on your mind is this: SURVIVE. Everything and everyone else is secondary.
I do love how you pull these numbers out of your arse though.
And for the non-whiny bitches, here is the logo for the movie:
