I heard they do post production after they film each episode so they are still filming ATM and that's also why they have a full teaser trailer

If you watch the ad online and get it paused in the right place, you can see that Will is on some kind of examination table and Joyce is there with him as well as a scientist of some kind.
Also, if anyone couldn't tell, Eleven is the one crying in the hallway with the wood paneling, and she has hair.
