I wish they would drop the Gerald storyline. He's a shite boring character
I think that's part of the point with him being the troll. He'said not who you would expect and shows how anyone can be a troll with the anonymity of the internet.

Oh good call. A first break up for Cartman will not go well for anyone.

I heard a lot of people saying that Cartman is off, but you have to realize, Cartman have always been the foiled for the other side to be total dicks on issues the general public find offensive.
It just so happen in this day and age that's the Liberal Agenda. In acting like a true a-hole he is now spouting Liberal Nonsense and being Liberal. As such Liberals now love the current Southpark while the good side, I.E conservatives in this dog fight is the target of his attacks.
Note that in a complete role reversal, it is the Boys student body now who is taking up the unpopular opinions.

I think I get what you are saying...but wtf is with this sentence???

I like Gerald and I like the idea of him being the troll. It's just that his trolling sucked.
Episode was pretty good considering the rest of the episodes have been pretty underwhelming. So far it hasn't been a good season.

Thank god. Hopefully they got the message and won't do too much of garrison as trump going forward. Hope the troll stuff has a huge ending but it's been boring so far. Best episode this season by far

There was some seriously funny stuff in this episode, but I cannot possibly care less about the troll storyline

Just watched it and I agree. I think their portrayal of trolls is pretty offensive, I get trying to be edgy and funny but this just seems mean for meanness sake. Like come on guys.

I dunno, just watched the episode and I laughed at parts but it still seems flat. I guess I miss evil Cartman and the standard role the kids play. This almost seems like an alt version of South Park.
I am hoping for a great payoff but hell if this hasn't been a very slow build.

This scene was so damn funny. You could see it coming a mile away, and then, to actually have to endure it along with Gerald... priceless.
Sheila has never been as hot as she was last episode.
Just a filthy ginger Jew...

Dammit, I know i'm late to the party on this one. I was finally able to sit and watch it over my lunch break.
This and the first episode have been the funniest of the season. I just can't help but think that Cartman is plotting something. They don't seem to know which direction they're going to go yet. They're still feeling it out.
Overall good episode. Gerald getting pissed on was hilarious and Butters got some time to shine.

Butters telling everyone to not be an "Uncle Kyle" was fricking hilarious

I feel like the show is going more for "smart" than "funny." They're cramming a LOT of commentary, messages, and references into short episodes. I find myself thinking, "Oh that's clever," or "I get that," but not really laughing.

I appreciated the wit in this episode and the fact they didnt beat a joke to death. Only joke mentioned multiple times was Uncle Kyle and I think they could have used that one 10 more times and I still would have had that oh shite/smirk look on my face.
Very well done episode.
