I remember being relieved when True Blood was over. I felt free.

I lost my shite when Sookie killed bill and then hooked up with a boring regular human after hooking up with the vampires and werewolves the whole series. It's like Kim Kardashian hooking up with a southern white guy that's old money and Anglo-Saxon, WASP as frick.

Smallville

Granted there were budgetary limits and the FX was not as advanced back then for TV on a scale that's economical enough but I will never forgive Smallville for never letting Clark be Superman until the last few minutes of the fricking series. Ten years for a few minutes of CGI Superman that didn't even give us a few good shots? What the frick?

Also Lana and her whiny arse was dragging the show down. A lot. The show started improving immediately once they shitcanned her.

Angel

That fourth season sucked. They made a monster out of my girl Cordelia and bastardized her. She should have been in the fifth season to redeem herself and go out with the crew, not some bullshite token final episode where she inspires everybody and angel and then goes bye bye. Btw, she and angel should've had a happy ending together.

God, I miss watching Buffy and Angel. Buffy and Cordelia was my dream threesome growing up from a kid to teenager to young adult. Still would smash.

This show is a disappointment and it's not just because of poor writing but the budget is just not big enough for a show with this premise. But I'm still looking forward to the last season and what the aftermath of the war will be and how humanity will rebuild.

Agreed. Should be fun.

Another show that I've picked up is the last ship, it's highly entertaining and almost the same premise as falling skies but its more human, it's like a present day realistic star trek with a navy destroyer as the enterprise and they're not exploring but rather sailing to save humanity.

I'll have to check it out. Sounds like a fun B-Movie tone.

MASH
Heroes
The Simpsons (at this point, it's automatic to DVR it)
Futurama (the re-booted episodes were unimpressive)
Rosanne (up, I watched LOL)
Star Trek: Voyager

Possible entry: Orange is the New Black...season 2 sucked. We'll see about season 3.

I mean, the world is in turmoil and billions are dying it's down to a US Navy battleship to save the world. That's pretty damn interesting.

Michael Bay is actually involved in this show and surprisingly, he's actually doing better on TV than he would in the movies.

Nip/Tuck comes to mind as the biggie.

Several others that I can't think of right now because I will stick with a show til the end.

Treme
John from Cincinnati (thank the Gods, old and new) that it wasn't a long ride to stick it out.

I will add more later.

The Killing - Season 3 was bad, Season 4 was just awful
Dexter - Seasons 6, 7, and 8 were terrible

I liked Season 2. I thought the Season 1 was a little better, but 2 was funnier. Just watched and did not like Ep. 1 of Season 3. We'll see.

Did I miss a season? I thought there had only been the one season so far and season 2 was starting this summer?

I think Grimm may be sliding into this OP category.

True Blood for me.

And really people, I have a hard time putting The Office on this list. There were some bad episodes towards the end, but the writers made up for it by giving us one of the most fantastic resolutions in a series finale I've ever seen.

Entourage

Looking back I don't know why I did it. The show got so awful after season 3 or 4.

I think Under the Dome intentionally pushes the envelope to see how bad it can be before it gets cancelled. The show was a steaming pile of garbage from S1E1. Yet, I can't take my eyes off of it.

LOST didn't get terrible, though. It stayed interesting until the end, just not as good as before the writer's strike.

Now shows like Heroes and Entourage, they just became unwatchably awful. Same with The Simpsons, but that's still on the air for some reason.
