We just finished watching all 7 of the Saw franchise. And while they are not fantastic, it was a fun thing to do with my wife for a couple of weeks.

We would like to start a new series that would be enjoyable for both of us.

I've seen:
LOST
Breaking Bad
GOT (my favorite, she doesn't care for it)
Suits
Entourage
Pretty Little Liars (not my choice, but she likes it)

any good suggestions?

If so, stop after 4, or potentially 5.

If you continue past 5, you have no one to blame but yourself.

The Wire, although you'll likely enjoy that way more than her (and she may not like it at all).

Black Mirror is one that I saw mentioned on here, and it's really good. It's pretty short too (and on Netflix).

If you're looking for movies, you could always do something like watch all the Pixar movies in order. Or watch all the Marvel movies in order. Or the Harry Potter franchise. Star Wars. Lord of the Rings/Hobbit. Etc. Something like that could be fun.

Just finished Parks and Recreation and liked it more than I expected. It seems like a good series for a couple to both like.
