There was a made for tv movie with Sally Field about a woman with multiple personalities. The scene where she killed someone with a hatchet in her washroom gave me the heebie jeebies for a month

Honestly, the scene that got me the most as a kid was the very last scene of Ghostbusters. Slimer comes flying at the tv screen. Just thinking of it now kind of gives me the goose bumps. I had nightmares for a while on that one.
