Parks and Rec season 7 coming to netflix on 1/13

I've been waiting and waiting for this and now it looks like we have a date. This may be oooold news but I did a search on here with no results. Most articles I'd been looking at over the months said October which is clearly wrong, but just saw a link confirming.

I never saw it live. I binge watched on netflix like 3 months ago and loved the hell out of it. I thought the very end was pretty good, albeit a bit open ended. Imagine my surprise when I found out there was a season 7. Bonus!
The next 4 weeks are going to draaaaag.

Good news. I started my 3rd re watch of the series two nights ago.
Watching it for probably the 3rd time, I think Season 1 gets a bad rap. It is not close to the levels of S2-5 but still had some laughs. Funny too how they tried hard to make Andy an a-hole and unlikable, but he still came off as awesome and likable in Season 1.
Also Mark Brendanawicz was underrated.

Season 7 already aired, on NBC last year. They aren't coming back for new episodes on Netflix.

This is outrageous. Where are the armed men who come in to take the protestors away? Where are they? This kind of behavior is never tolerated in Baraqua. You shout like that they put you in jail. Right away. No trial, no nothing. Journalists, we have a special jail for journalists. You are stealing: right to jail. You are playing music too loud: right to jail, right away. Driving too fast: jail. Slow: jail. You are charging too high prices for sweaters, glasses: you right to jail. You undercook fish? Believe it or not, jail. You overcook chicken, also jail. Undercook, overcook. You make an appointment with the dentist and you don't show up, believe it or not, jail, right away. We have the best patients in the world because of jail.

frick. I was excited when I read the first couple of posts, then had a nagging feeling that something was off. So I checked IMDb and realized that season 7 was the last one that aired, not a new one.
Still looking forward to re-watching but y'all got my hopes up about a completely new season.

Probably watch the last handful of eps in S6 over the next day or 2 to get primed. I never watched the show live so this is practically brand new TV for me since I dont' really know much abotu what's going to happen
