I know. I said that but I also said she had zero to do with going over.

She was on an elevator. Wasn't thinking of meeting Bell, wasn't daydreaming about alternate universes and the receptionist was waiting for Olivia when the elevator opened.

Clearly Bell was able to pull her over.

I'm sure Walternate is in charge of the shifters but I find it odd that so many other people can bounce around universes but Walternate can't solve the problem.

Not to mention as I already stated, they seem to be 100s of years ahead of us Tech wise.

I get what you are saying, I don't think it is as big of a plot whole as you want to make it out to be.

We still haven't seen their side. They wouldn't want to cross over because of the damage it has done to their side.

Secondly other than shape shifters, no-one from that side can cross over. I think.

I'm going to watch episode 18 tonight I think it may clear up some of these holes.

You have good points. But I still think it works out. We shall see.

We have seen DRJ do it, Walter and the shape-shifters that is it. My best guess is that Walter did it the best and all of those other attempts were limited compared to walter.

1) If I remember correctly from season 3, in order to change sides you have to swap pretty much. Just like buildings flipped, you have to also do the same with people.
2) Bell swapped sides so many times his body could explode if he did it again.
3) I believe somehow Bell transported between sides. Walter is the one to open a door. DRJ did as well but his didn't work as well as bells it took a 4 man team to do it ,Walter did it with a simple machine and a remote. (you will see this in a week or two)

And if they address them. I will point that out in future episode reviews.

Nope. I watched the series at the beginning of 2013.

This go around I am scrutinizing the plot a bit more just for fun. Too bad Fear hasn't joined in because he would be stroking out over my nitpicks.

He has been harassing me for almost 2 years because I had about 4 valid complaints in my First Watch thread.

Still on my way home today, so I'll update either tonight or (most likely) in the morning. I like the discussion though.

that is about when I started to watch it. It is amazing how quick I went through the show. I remember the first time seeing the ads, I wasn't intrigued but then when I was looking for a show to watch this was number 1 on a list of 5 shows I wanted to watch.

I don't mind the complaints it adds to this very slow thread.

I really thought people (more than basically us three ) would be interested in this thread, and especially people like Fear.

Sucks.

Rewatch threads never work. People miss a few weeks and don't ever catch up.

Looks like Ace finally gave up on his Trek thread which was about the same. I think there were about 3 or 4 people that would post in that one.

What surprises me most is people not even jumping in for a comment or two.

I'm here for the long haul.

Right. People could just chime in here and there, and some do, but VERY few though.

But I'm here too, so at least me, you, and catholic are here. Hopefully more will chime in or maybe some that fell behind will catch back up. I have to catch up from last week but I'll be caught up and ready in a couple of days though.

Hell, if we keep losing people legit (like they aren't ever coming back) we can eventually up the weekly number.

I'm still around, but I keep managing to be about 4-5 eps ahead pf the thread. I just finished season 2 today actually. I'm going to lay off now (if I can control myself) and hopefully everyone will get caught up.

Where the heck is Fear anyway? I'm sure we can track him down on Pelicans Talk

Being ahead doesn't really matter much, but just try to participate in the discussions if possible.

Ahead! You should be participating in the discussion.

I'm going to have to ramp up my nitpicks to the point Fear feels someone attacking his favorite show.

Might also have to say Chuck sucks a few times. That should pull him into the thread.

Should I begin watching in nitpick mode, a la Terra Nova/Falling Skies mode? I don't want to do that because I love Fringe, but would be willing to if it meant more discussion.

I think I have the nitpick bases covered. I'm going to continue with In-Game posting while I watch threads.
