How is that going to work though. The adults don't remember what happened as kids and the book slowly reveals both stories side by side as it progresses. How are you going to keep tension in the second movie if you saw how the first ended. It wouldn't work unless they changed a lot of stuff. The whole point of the adult story was showing how much they loved each other as friends and how that bonded them over time.

The trailer looks great.
Does anyone know if the original book portrayed Pennywise to be this scary? I saw the older movie and Pennywise seemed to be somewhat inviting (at least on the exterior) and funny, so that he could lure kids in. This looks to be the opposite - full-on horror. Doesn't matter to me, just wondering
