Geez. After reading some of these, I need to go home and pat my wife on the head.

There isn't one because I haven't been to the movies with anyone since I was in highschool. My girl gets it. She knows that's my personal time.

Now, there have been movies I've suggested we watch at home that she's hated, but she just gets up and goes and does something else.

Well, the latest one was a rental, American Hustle, and she quit watching and did some work at the midpoint and I can't say I really blamed her. What I found funny was she chose Homefront a few weeks prior thinking it was going to be a family drama and I just started laughing at the gratuitous violence as she hates it. Then she chose Camilla on Sunday night and admitted it has horrible. Who knows, that is why she and I have a difficult time watching good cable series or regular TV. True Detective, TWD, Ray Donovan, Silicon Valley, etc are non-starters so I watch when she goes to sleep.

Not at the theater, but we watched Eden Lake together at home. She hated me, I hated myself and everyone involved with that movie.

Wolf of Wall Street. Opening scene with Leo sniffing coke out of some girls butthole pretty much set the tone for that evening.

Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny.

Oddly enough, we both enjoyed Killer Joe - even if the K Fried C scene was extremely disturbing.

Not at the movies, but me and my then girlfriend watched the Blu Ray of Forgetting Sarah Marshall and she couldn't stand it and didn't know why I liked it.

To be fair, she was ahead of the trend and hated the show HIMYM before its series finale when everybody hated it after watching it, so the fact that the dude who played Marshall was in it was a big turn off. She didn't like Russell Brand either.
