Ishtar. Perhaps the worst movie that has ever been made. Or close to it.
Oh... forgot...
Planet 51. Took the kids to see it. About 1/3 of the way through it they both said that this was the stupidest movie ever and could we go play video games in the lobby. So we did.

Killing Them Softly with Brad Pitt. There are few Pitt movies I hate, and this one is by far one of the dumbest movies I have seen.

It was back in 2008 or something close to it, can't remember the name but it was some horror film where there was like a five minute long rape scene.

Stigmata. I went to see it in high school and was with a group of people who wanted to leave. If I had driven, I would have stayed. I still haven't seen the rest of that movie

I knew this would become a contest of who walked out of the best movies because they aren't like everyone else. Give it a rest.
I got to see the latest Indiana Jones for free and had already begun drinking before it started. didn't take long before I headed back to the bar.

I don't understand some of you walking out on some of the great comdies of our time. Step Brothers? Elf?
So here is my story, I wanted to walk out on The Hangover. I just didn't find it funny at the time. No, the movie actually is pretty funny, it's just I went to see it on a Sunday afternoon after going on a major bender the night before. Not fun watching a movie called The Hangover when you are actually hungover. Nothing is funny when you feel that crappy.
Watching comedies plastered is the way to go. Somebody mentioned Jeremy Piven's movie, The Goods. First time a saw it sober, it sucked. Rewatched it hammered with a couple of buddies, freaking hilarious.

As for me, there is only one movie that made me walk out of the theater in my life. Avatar (2009)
This is the one movie I walked out of:

Only did it once and that was for Contact. First 10 minutes I knew I wasn't going to pay attention for long. Rolled out.

Moulin Rouge.
First date with a chic. Sat down, watched quietly. After 15 minutes looked at each other, shook head, walked out. Went into Swordfish which was just starting and were content.

I wasn't going to post in this thread because everyone thinks I am a troll simply because I have a different opinion, though the box office proves I am not alone in my opinions nationwide. I love visual popcorn unless the logic and plotholes are simply too great to ignore - I do have a threshold there, just a very high one. I don't like gross or weird things or scary movies. You could not pay me $1 billion to watch Tusk after what I read about it. I love CGI because it simply looks cool. I couldn't care less how realistic it is. I also hate artsy things or any movie not in chronological order, such as Pulp Fiction. I know that is a very unpopular opinion here, but not going in chronological order is a huge pet peeve of mine.
So, with that said, to answer the OP, the only movie I walked out on was Flags of Our Fathers because it was not in chronological order. My brother and I both hated it.
Since the OP said he walked out on it, I'll add that I saw Avatar 4 times in the theater because it was such a fantastic spectacle, and I've only seen it once since then because it's just not the same on my TV, even in Blu Ray.

I was in HS, and that was still no excuse for paying money to try to watch this.
