When Michael had to tell the kids that he isn't paying for their college. The whole episode knowing it was coming was awkward. Then when the students started singing 'what you gonna do, make our dreams come true' it got even worse

Most everything he does is like watching an accident you can't turn away from.
Kissing Oscar was the best.

This one, I really felt bad for the kids. Most of the times when Michael is awkward you feel bad for him, but this time he let down a lot of people.

Oh gosh that was awful. I think that one might take the cake.
And yeah the Scott's Tots one was bad as well. Just seeing the whole thing build up throughout the episode just made it worse.
