I've said it over and over, Cyclops is the central character to the X-Men stories and Fox doesn't want to use him.
That's a main reason why these movies arent good X-Men films.

Preach it.
I'm a little ok with them using Wolverine as the central piece and Jackman is awesome. And they are good movies.
But they aren't good X-Men movies. Scott's central conflict is at the core of the X-Men, and without him, no one carries that torch well.
