Anyone else think that they made Tony and Rhodes into a couple of badasses out of no where? The whole time I was watching it I'm like, when the frick did they become ninjas haha.

Decent movie overall, tho.

The Mandarin was a fricking actor. Imagine if they pulled that shite with any other arch nemesis. That was just terrible.

I understand what they were trying to do with Tony, communicating that Stark is the real hero but they overplayed their hand. Stark just isn't that interesting, and it's lame that he's basically playing a video game during the best scene in the movie.

After I seen Iron Man 3 I remember posting on here that I liked it.

I couldn't have been more wrong.

Just outside of your Daredevil, Elektra, and Ghost Rider's of the world, this is one of the first times I walked out of any Marvel film severely disappointed.

I think this is going to become the norm with Marvel movies. With they way they are churning shite out, more than likely most of the films will be somewhere between bad and forgettable.

If they had somehow done something similar with the Joker in The Dark Knight I would have flipped my shite.

This may be the last Marvel superhero based movie I watch. This shite was awful.

like someone said in the other thread, I watch iron man to see him suit up and frick shite up, that's not what we go.

I'm surprised whedon and feige let shane black do what we did. Mandarin could have been a good future bad for them and you let him waste him.

It's funny that SHIELD is shoe horned into most Marvel films but not the one where they're needed most. The whole ending sequence was a nauseating mess, as well.

Honestly, I would have done the same thing in keeping Tony Stark out of the suit for most of the film. I'd just have the Mandarin hack into Jarvis and take all his suits from under him to invade the world. Then have Tony outsmart the Mandarin and having all his suits destroyed, except for one he kept hidden that isn't directly connected to Jarvis in case something happened. Do it something like The Dark Knight Rises to where you keep him in a world of shite during the second act, and then go back into the Iron Man suit.

the way the previews went that is sort of what I expected to happen and that would have been cool. Most disappointing follow up to a great trailer since spiderman 3

That would have been a hell of a lot better than what we actually got.

And why would tony have all the ironmans self destruct at the end. So worthless. All that hard work, time and money and the lets use them as fireworks.

Stupid movie.

General Zod, The Joker, Darkseid or Bane, I would have had a meltdown on here so bad I'm talking multiple threads.

Especially for High General Dru-Zod.

The OP is in a minority. This minority needs to be oppressed at all costs.

It's that terrible of a movie.
