I can't pass an Arby's and not say to myself "Feels like an Arby's night."

A girl I knew in college was constantly assessing whether or not a prospective lover was "sponge-worthy".

Never realized how irritating a close talker can be.

I always bring up the "double dip the chip" line when I see someone doing it in real life. I don't hesitate, I call them out on it thanks to Seinfeld.

This line can be used for almost any situation...

Except for people who feel they have to throw out Seinfeld quotes at every opportunity, it doesn't affect me.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I'm more careful with how I interact with my doctor. They really do write that shite down. But otoh irl you an ask to get copies of all your files. That can be eye opening.

Anytime we're out to eat and someone orders soup, I say "No soup for you!"

Not directly related to a Seinfeld episode, but years ago there was that bogus George Costanza's 10 Commandments of "Working Hard" that was making the rounds.
I was telling coworkers how to do this years before that list appeared. I worked at an office where there was rarely anything to do. Everyone said that I was "always busy", just because I always had a file in my hand and walked quickly down the hall like I was on my way to do something important. I also never ever walked around with a newspaper or magazine in my hand. That tells everyone that you're headed for a twenty minute dump. Put a magazine in a larger file folder when you're going to the can.

its not a lie, if you believe it.

I have used a preemptive break up to get "hand."

I don't have one specific example but I very often use scenarios on the show as metaphors to illustrate my points. I actually do it often enough to where I now catch myself and stop it because I think I do it too much. I'm acutely aware of how that comes across, regardless of how effective it is. And there really is a parallel for damn near every social scenario, which makes it even harder to avoid.

When I'm eating them at a party: "These pretzels are making me thirsty."

I sent 16 of my own men to the latrine that night.
