Anybody watching? God this show would be better with no Carrie. Seems like they've ruined Quinn too with disability and PTSD. Crap.
Hope Saul and Dar's story line is good at least.

Nope. Rupert Friend is doing a great job, and one episode in, it's a lot more interesting than seeing him frick morbidly obese chicks and kill more terrorists.

I watched it - Quinn was breaking my heart. I was half expecting him to go HAM on the guy in that shite hole whorehouse or whatever that place was.

i love this show but it needs to be overseas. Its best when its in Europe or the Middle East.

Pretty sure this will be my last season watching. I may not even make it through the entire season.

Agree 100%. This season needs a drastic turnaround after that episode. The post show season teasers didn't even look all that promising.

i read some critics who received the first 4 episodes. They all pretty much said the same thing- Its gone full political and the 4 episodes were very slow.

I never got the feeling this show leaned a certain way in terms of the politics. The good shows do that, they don't hit you in the face with liberal or conservative rhetoric. If anything Homeland was conservative leaning the first 5 seasons, and now Trump gets elected and the show decides to do a complete 180 on its major character. She goes from blowing people up with drones and thinking a war hero is a terrorist to becoming a SJW and throwing a fit when an individual is arrested for being a threat to the country. Yeah that premiere wasn't good to say the least

theres only been two episodes so i cant really make a comparison. season 3 was coming off arguably the best season of the show.

My thoughts are it's a combination of her bipolar disorder, her being directly involved with that paki she banged getting killed and her despair at the shite she has seen overall. While personally I find it frustrating that she made the 180, I can somewhat see the connections.
So far I find her new developments along with Quin being all "I hate life and am weak as frick" to be out of character. The Quin story line in particular is annoying me. Dude is a highly trained spec ops and one of the best there is, yet now he is a crack addict banging whorahs and getting robbed?
Shark may have just been jumped.
I will see this season through and hope they get pass this foolishness, but so far I am not liking it. I loved every season but 3, and this one is worse than that at this point in time.
