Stannis getting the backing of the Iron Bank seems pretty significant too. You'd have to think he'll claim the throne soon and what happens then? All the Lannisters die? I know major change like that happens on this show, but it's hard to picture the show without Tywin and Cersei (if Tyrion survives the trial by combat, I think Stannis might look the other way for him since he supposedly killed Joffrey).

Yeah, I was referring to Orell.

We could have quite a few minor characters getting wiped out in episode 9.

I don't know...Stannis would likely want all Lannisters dead, and he's pretty cold blooded lately, thanks to Melissandre...if she's still running his life at that point, then I'd think no Lannister has a shot.

That's how I am...I don't watch the previews either (because HBOgo doesn't show them). I actually prefer it that way (though I wouldn't care if it did show them).

But I do know that ya'll think I banned him or whatever, and that isn't true (at all actually). Carson caught the attention of higher-ups on his own accord...I had nothing to do with it. I simply quoted what he said (which was extraordinarily stupid IMO) and posted it here (which, again, had nothing to do with him being banned). So make sure you inform your reader thread por favor.

Yeah, I just started watching GOTs like a month ago so I never saw previews or anything, just went to the next episode, so I'm used to it now and I like knowing as little as possible about the next episode

That's why I don't want to read the books now

No shite. And I've never had anyhting to do with any of it...shite, I've actually defended him and tried to get him UNbanned.

I like Carson, but what he did was incredibly stupid. But the readers seem to think I was behind that shite because I quoted what he said. Oh well.

If/when Tywin ever bites it, I will be legit upset. He's easily my favorite character. I'd prolly have a make-believe tea party with Davos, Bronn, and Hound and have to pour an imaginary one out for Tywin.

What's interesting to me is thinking about how awesome some of the characters are at this point, and thinking about the show like three seasons from now and how many awesome characters will exist that aren't even on the show right now. Prince Oberyn is a good example of that...he's a great character, and wasn't introduced until like four episodes ago.

Isnt Oberyn(sp) from Bravos? Isnt bravos the same land that the Stark girl's fencing instructor and assasin friend hailed from? It appears that those in Westeros look down on people from Bravos and that it is not part of the 7 kingdoms. I guess we will find out more about that country in upcoming episodes but we seem to know very little about it now. Is there more that has been revealed that I have missed?
