Reddit is liberal groupthink at its worst. Shae is a woman therefore a victim, the evil white male dwarf victimized her and forced her to be a ho.

Eh...I don't have total hate for Shae. I am sure it was either that or get raped/killed. She should have escaped when she had the chance though.

I would have much rather have her raped/killed, than live. She's horrible.

I had the sheets pulled up just under my eyes in case they showed his downstairs mixup.

I did the same thing, hoping not to see something that looked like a sucking chest wound.

Has the single most important thing about the episode been sufficiently discussed?

It comes when Tyrion, in his own defense, says "I did not kill Joffrey, but I wish that I had. Watching your vicious bastard die gave me more relief than a thousand lying whores."

Wouldn't that represent the first time a Lannister has publicly acknowledged that Joffrey was a bastard, and thus not entitled to the throne? Wouldn't that implicate the new king as well, by casting Cersei in such a deceitful, slutty... and even treasonous light?

Wouldn't it also demolish what seemed to be at least a somewhat respecting, loving relationship with Jamie?

Tyrion didn't only defend himself... he probably tore the family to shreds, and certainly endangered their standing with the public.

Everyone in thethe 7 kingdom knows joffery is a bastard but noone cares. They go with who is winning, they don't really care about the incest

Whatever it looked like, it sure brought a smile of amused satisfaction to Ramsay's face.

Of course, but there was no insider evidence for them apart from Joffrey's blonde hair. Sometimes, as with the the emperor's new clothes, it takes an unexpected admission of the obvious to change the paradigm.

Even if everybody did have a sudden realization that Tommen was indeed a product of incest, what do you think would have been done? I think everybody in the 7 Kingdoms realizes Tywin is the King of Westeros. Tommen just has the title.

Well, that was about a 5 year disparity between the two! But I've been asked to do a Game of Thrones cameo, they asked me if I'd be interested in playing Theon's sister, and I felt uncomfortable because I would have had to go on a horse and he would have touched me up and shite. Once they told me what was entailed, I said no thanks. I would be open to doing a musical cameo like Sigur Ros, though.

That is Lilly Allen talking about her brother Alfie (Theon). That would be really fricked up. Why would they offer that role to her?

There's a lot of things that people aren't talking about enough and most are just bitching about how bad Dany's acting is. While that is true, I don't believe people are spending enough time focusing on "The Lanister Deal" btw Jamie and Tywin. That was a huge scene and Jamie played a terrible hand of poker. Tywin was probably going to offer Tyrion the mercy of going to the Wall no matter what. Jamie could have not made that promise and still remained on the knights guard.

Also Reek and Ramsey's story line is boring, however, they are both very good actors. Ramsey has always been an impressive sociopath, but theon hasn't been acted out that well until recently. Rewatch that scene when he takes a bath. The dude looks so lost and wipped he would literally do anything Ransey asked of him. Quite impressive how it doesn't even look like the same asshat that was nailing Rose on the reg.
