My idea:
Kill off Jon Snow at the end of this season. Bring back Jon for the next season. To hide the fact that he survived from internet sleuths also recast Sean Bean.
Start the next season with an excellent Tower of Joy flashback scene. Let Jons parentage be known, cut to John being given life by the Red Woman, and her saying something badass about 'blood of the dragon'.
People won't know for sure that Jon is alive, as Sean Bean would also be back and everyone would rightfully assume for flashbacks.
