Smartest move he made was starring in The Beach after Titanic, that showed he was willing to do anything and not put himself in the box which tends to ruin careers.

Not mentioned here very much but I like his performance in Revolutionary Road. It is a very depressing movie with no frills. But he and Winslet each give solid performances.

Revolutionary Road is a depressing flick, but Leo is great in it. He consistently has been delivering, save Titanic and The Beach. Inception, Shutter Island, Departed, Django (a movie which his performance saves). Wolf of Wall Street is another amazing performance, but I doubt he wins, because Chiwetel Elijifor is up this year.

My favorite is The Departed but I can't believe no one has even mentioned The Aviator as being in the top 10.
