I hate pretty much any Tom Cruise movie, with the exception of Rain Man. Don't like Titanic either. Dont like A Beautiful Mind, or Eternal Sunshine whatever with Jim Carrey. Love Crash, with the exception of Brendan Fraser's character.

Critics were acclaiming Armageddon?

Field of Dreams. I hate it, hate it, hate it.

That's amazing, coming from you. Most ultra-liberals I know love it for its irritating connections to the 60's and the characters basically being shrill assholes.

Check out the threads on this board and see if you can guess which movie gets my vote.

Hate is a strong word for sure, but I strongly dislike the Godfather series.

I'm hoping that you're being a contrarian a-hole with this statement, because the alternative is that your taste in film just sucks and is obscure just for the sake of being obscure.

But pick your fight. I shall destroy you.

I hated Crash as well, but I thought that it was in the ballpark with how races interact in LA. The races really don't interact as much as people would assume due to cultural and language differences.

Well - it was nominated (and won a few) for a good number of positive awards(MTV Movie awards, Blockbuster, several technical awards, etc.) - but a lot of Razzies too, so the critical response has a significant negative component - I just put it because I think it is a movie that gets a lot of praise from hardcore fans of the film - praise that was earned by some of its actors (Buscemi), but not by the film at large, or the direction/script, which is terrible, terrible.
