Still. I've been to my fair share of project kick off meetings with rig crews. Been with everything from floor hand/roustabots to OIM's. They are very familiar with the processes that take place, but the reality is, they don't know much about what's going on below the rotary in the grand scheme of things. And the electronics control officer certainly would not know anything about a CBL. I took training in it and don't even know how to read one.
