I have a few from my childhood which I doubt anyone else on here remembers or knows, but here goes:
1. Unintentionally funny - on an episode of the love boat, they are docked in greece or somewhere and gopher or julie is having a conversation on the street with someone and every time they switch camera angles, the same old woman wearing a headscarf walks by in both directions. this was the 70s before DVRs but my brother and i caught it and by the 8th time she walks past we were on the floor in tears. some of the funniest shite ever.
2. The Jeffersons - Lionel is at the hospital getting ready to have the baby and after a heated discussion about George's worry the baby will be a 'zebra', everyone walks out and slams the door leaving George on the couch next to a giant teddy bear. He looks over at it says 'what the hell are you staring at' and slaps it so hard it flips about 6x.
3. On an episode of some crime show, the good guys were trying to throw off some bad guys on their tail. they run out of the hotel pretending they don't see the other car and they get into their car and haul arse with the bad guys in hot pursuit. for the next 5 minutes they are zig zagging all over the city like they have some great destination in mind only to come to a screeching halt back in front of the same hotel and walk calmly back inside. i thought my dad was going to have a heart attack he laughed so hard at that and got me laughing because he was literally gasping for breath.
4. cybil shepard bitches bruce willis out on moonlighting for not being more serious and after somberly agreeing with her the camera shows her walking and continuing to talk and he's walking behind making the most absurd motions and facial expressions.
cad;dr but those are a few memories i have of literally laughing so hard i couldn't control myself.

The fact TWD is still on television

Bill Murray "masturbating" with the ball cleaner on Caddyshack.
My friend and I laughed to the point where we had trouble breathing.
The most I've ever laughed in a theater.

First one that comes to mind since I just re-watched The Office was the scene in "Gay Witch Hunt" when Michael kisses Oscar. I was giggling like a kid for a good five minutes after that scene.

Could have been that I was watching the movie with a bunch of friends, but the scene in Old School with Sean William Scott and Will Ferell made me laugh incredibly hard

I've had a couple of friends comment that they were sock-shoe-sock-shoe people, and that it freaked out their spouses. I shared that video with them and they were astounded that their illness was already documented so well.

Fred and Grady catching Lamont and Rollo at the gay bar.
And Lamont seeing Fred and Grady there.
Dwight the werewolf hunter:

I lost it at the beginning of the Office episode when Dwight planned the fire drill. The whole scene is hysterical. The cat

That was one of the first/only times a TV show made me laugh out loud for an extended period of time. I lost my shite when ole girl threw the cat up through the ceiling to Oscar
Fwiw, I had a good chuckle typing that out
Eta;

I used to know and be able to quote the entire sequence from Superbad when Fogel shows them his fake ID and explains his thought process behind it all.
That scene kills every damn time .
"It's called strategy Seth"
