-10 scenes with Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation. Stapling his sleeve to the fascia board, flirting with the smoking hot lingerie salesman, the rant about his boss after he didn't get his bonus, getting locked in the attic, "kiss my arse, kiss his arse, kiss your arse"...

-Carl Spackler posing as a pro at Augusta and commentating his own shots as he tears up a flower bed

-Spinal Tap - Nigel explaining how superior his amps were because they go to 11, the Stonehenge scene, Nigel explain his ballad writing process and then talks about "Lick My Lovepump"

-I lose my shite when they do a test run execution with the trustee in the Green Mile

-History of the World - intro with the Apes jerking off, "He is a Eunech", It's good to be the King, Caesar's Palace standup routine

-Nutty Professor dinner scene with all the farting and the grandma talking about everyone that makes her moist

-40 Year Old Virgin - about 20 scenes

-Tommy Boy - when he lights the classic car figurines on fire on the customers desk telling him why he show go with his brake pads

-Patrick Swayze and Chris Farley SNL Chippendale dance-off

-Borat dinner scene where he insults the homeowner's wife. "In my country she would be very attractive. Her, not so much..."

There is a moment in Zoolander when Stiller tells Billy Zane, "Zip it, Zane!" and Owen Wilson says, "You should listen to you friend Billy Zane. He's a cool dude." I laugh every single time without fail.

Tropic Thunder when the nerdy kid explains the history of Blu-Ray and Robert Downey, Jr. turns around and says, "You've been talking to me this whole time?!" Always gets me.

And really almost any moment in The Grand Budapest Hotel.

there are plenty I'm sure, but these stick out without thinking too much about it:

The Cosby Show, episode one. When Theo goes on that long arse rant to Cliff about loving him and being proud, because he's his son and all that. And then Cliff goes "That is the DUMBEST thing I have ever heard in my life. No wonder you get Ds in everything..." and goes off on him. Even better is that the studio audience starts clapping after Theo give his little speech, then Cliff just blows the frick up. shite cracks me up every time.

South Park when Cartman was speaking to Congress about Kenny and stem cell research, and he breaks out into singing Heat of the Moment by Asia. Hilarious.

South Park - pretty much the entire episode of Make Love, Not Warcraft.

South Park - the Trapped in the Closet episode, when R. Kelly kept coming on and giving interviews. I was literally crying for ten minutes the first time I saw that because I was laughing so hard. (can't find good videos of that one)
