It very well may end up being garbage, but so far it’s been pretty well-made. Not enough has really happened for a full judgment yet.

it is boring as shite. i have no reason to care about any of the characters. and when i saw the strip mine woke bullshite in episode 2 i decided to turn it off. its too bad...i loved rogue 1.

Episode 3 got it moving
I can understand you needed Ep 1 and 2 to introduce a lot of characters as those episodes were kind of slow

Some people as I guess you are not all that familiar with SW history.
The Empire has been known to exploit planets like they did with Geonosis where they enslaved the people to help build the Death Star while hiding and when it was moved poisoned all the people, with the exception of one, to hide what they were doing and than declared some disaster to prohibit others from visiting. Even when he was saved the two were wearing mask as they beleived the story as well that the planet had some major accident but apparently it did not which I assume we will find out later.
My guess is the adults of those kids were enslaved as well and were forced to mine for the Empire. Now the Empire is trying to hide it by making the planet off limits with a lie.
It will be interesting to learn of the backstory regarding the accident and I would wager it will be part of this story.

Started off awesome.
Then I wish I just skipped to episode 3.
I honestly Hope I don't Keep seeing that security guard hardo, but I know I will.

I was getting a little tired of the flashbacks. They could have done that a tad faster, but I liked the connection they ended up making at the end of them.
Episode 3 was awesome. The whole show feels very well done so far.
Also, I hope Petunia stays in the show somehow.

When a show drops like 2-3 episodes that means someone watched and was like, we can not release these 1 week at a time. No one will come back.

If this were true, how do Amazon shows with second seasons exist? They drop multiple episodes for all their shows, for every season.

I’m not saying the show will be trash. I’m saying it mean they think you need to get a couple episodes in before you’re hooked. Or they make the episodes knowing they’ll do a double release and they can get a lot of expositional stuff done with the first drop.
And generally I think It holds true.
If they drops 3 episodes I generally Know I gotta Watch all 3 before the show gets interesting.
This show I cant Imagine coming back for week three if episode 1 and 2 dropped a week apart.
