He looks like a hybrid combo of Freddie Fender and Rollie Fingers.

This. He doesn't wear some suit in his suite every game, he comes across like any typical fan. I also like he isn't afraid to speak his mind.

Larry Ellison, because he kept the sport away from those poor folk

Larry Ellison has made the Indian Wells tennis event the biggest nonmajor by pumping tens of millions into it just to have a shiny toy and because he is a huge fanboy (especially to Nadal).

Cuban is the obvious one.

I know Jerrah is despised, but he really loves his team and isn't afraid to spend. He just needs to hire competent help and get out of the way.

Mike Ilitch has been great with the Red Wings. It will be interesting to see how the kids handle them and the Tigers.

Great owner. I wish he and Steinbrenner were still here.

The spurs owner. Puts world class product on the floor without over paying, the only time you ever hear from him is when he's getting his ring

Just like in Horse Racing I hate owners who think they ate the show

Paul Allen. As someone in the NW and really only cares for two sports (basketball and football) it is nice to know one owner of the two organizations isn't moving out of the NW.

I mean, the northwest division in the NBA consists of a North Central America team, a southern team, and two central teams and ONE NW TEAM. The next closest NW team is in Sacramento. In the NFL the next closest is Oakland.

Cuban, because I would act exactly like him if I was an owner, dog piling after wins

Peter Holt. He is the great-grandson of Benjamin Holt who invented the caterpillar-type tractor (which led to Caterpillar, Inc.; Holt is the Cat dealer for most of Texas).

This is my pick as well.

Mike Illitch of the Tigers and Red Wings. He isn't afraid to spend money to win and he doesn't act like a jerk or publicity hound and he has spent millions of dollars to invest in the City of Detroit.
