1). Bill Snyder- He's actually done it.. He transformed one of the most the historically dead football Us in the country.
2). Gary Patterson- he took an improving cupcake U, made them a lot better and has maintained for 15 years.
3) Chip Kelly- need an OC
I don't think Saban has the patience or interest in resurrecting a dead program. But that, along with pro coaching, is what's missing Tom his resume if he's looking for perfection.

OC Lane Kiffin, probably the best OC in CFB right now
DC Dave Aranda, best of the young DC out there and does wonders with his teams.
