Besides Posey who would you take over him? I'm an astros fan, but I have a ton of respect for the way molina plays the game.

I would take Lucroy 2nd. I might take Gary Sanchez 3rd.

Salvy Perez

Only because I'm an unabashed Royals homer, though

Yadi is a fricking god

Willson Contreras is a young Molina who is only 24. He had a great rookie campaign last season and will quickly become the best catcher in the game if he isn't already. He already has a cannon and his bat is better than Molina's was early in his career. Way more pop than Buster and Molina.

What killed Yadi is how his bat took so long to get going in his career.

What I would take Molina over Posey as a Catcher, it is not that fricking hard to figure out...

Molina is the 2nd best defensive Catcher of my lifetime IMO behind Johnny Bench.

Pudge is obviously better defensively. And defense is half the game

Posey is a great defensive catcher too. And a significantly better hitter. And he is 29, not 34.

Grandal

He's very intriguing to me. Has an awful lot of tools. Interested to see what kind of numbers he puts up this year. He isn't near the top based on reputation so far, though.
