Whoa

No matter how strong you are it still requires a small amount of torque to tear your tricep tendon. And your grip strength is irrelevant if you don't know what to grip or even that you should be gripping. When you see guys in MMA grapple none of it is just instinctual they have trained every movement
An untrained Patrick Willis regardless of how strong would be a fish out of water in a cage with Ronda Rousey
Look, tecnhique is great. But there comes a point at which raw strength, power, and size is just too much to overcome. Rousey would not be able to throw around Patrick Willis like these skinny girls she fights in the Octagon.
Rousey has good technique, but she's not going to throw around an extremely athletic 250 pound beast like Patrick Willis. She wouldn't be able to do this:
I mean, imagine it's you, a full grown man at 180 pounds fighting a 95 pound 5th grader. Even if that 5th grader is the best fighter in the 5th grade, he's still a kid, and you could kick his arse because you'd just be too damn big and strong.

I mean she does have some good technique...
But you still need to be fighting someone of relative strength and size for it to work, even though it's based on leverage.
There comes a point at which someone is too big and strong for it to work. And Patrick Willis is too big and strong for her to do that to.

This thread has done it for me. You are so fricked up with your logic here that I can no longer credit anything else you have to say on any other topic. There is no way you could be a sports fan and misread this situation so badly. Therefore, I must no longer view you as a rational, competent poster.

Damn.
Sounds like the premise to a good porno flick sans the killing. No killing man.
Why stop at the arse & not all her holes? Jesus Christ.
Nothing to add considering only 1 guy believes Rousey could beat Mayweather/Rice,etc. Or top male athletes.
I can understand / respect Rousey & White attempt at marketing by saying these things which they do not believe.
It's good business considering Mayweather's insane PPV $$$$.
But anyone else.....

Patrick Willis is a bad example because he actually has a little bit a training
Are you trying to say an untrained NFL LB is too big that Ronda can't throw/trip him? or that a LB is too strong and could resist?
Neither is true. Woman much weaker than Ronda could trip/throw 250 lbs no problem because you are using momentum not muscle. A LB's strength is irrelevant because it would happen so fast they wouldn't even resist

You aren't considering that she creates the momentum by applying enough force in the opposite direction to force a reaction into the throw. A significant strength gap between two people would mean the stronger could maintain position without shifting their weight.

You can't be THAT stupid

Lol wtf are you talking about

If he just stands there and let's her throw him, then yeah, she could physically do it.
But in a fight against a resisting Patrick Willis? There is no chance.
He could physically overpower her.
In order to throw someone, you have to get good position. It's not easy even against a normal-sized dude.
If you think she's gonna be throwing Patrick Willis around like those skinny girls she fights in the ring, then you are delusional.

But an untrained NFL LB or Ray Rice or who ever is going to put themselves in a bad position by either throwing a wild punch or reaching to grab. And once you're in that position her throw/trip to arm bar is so fast and efficient that no one would react quick enough to resist unless you're trained and even people who are trained haven't been quick enough to react.
They would be a fish out of water.

I don't know man. He goes hard for the MMA. Some of the fanboys basically think MMA fighters are like mythical magic warriors from the planet Krypton
