100%

It's stressful on the kids, but totally vital.

Lsupride87 - to what extent are you still involved with the game? Do you still play / compete? Are you a club pro? Or have you moved on from tennis?

I have moved on completely. Still somewhat "active" in the tennis community as some former teammates are top pro players and one of my former teammates is a top coach at McEnroe academy in New York

I will play some money tournaments from time to time just to collect a paycheck

Also, I was "technically" a coach at the US Open last year

No prob. I figured it can help people on this board. It can be very foreign for some parents to put their kids in tennis because they just have no experience with it themselves

Americans suck at tennis because all of the best white athletes are in football and baseball. Imagine if Mike Trout dedicated his life to playing tennis. He would have Rafael Nadal 2.0.

While the premise is good, it isnt quite that simple. Tennis takes a special mind as well. While Trout certainly is physically there, the mental part is unknown.

With Opelka winning Wimbledon juniors, USA now has 3 of top 5 juniors in the world:

LINK

This year's Kalamazoo will be one of the best ever with ITF World No. 1 junior Taylor Fritz, French Open champion Tommy Paul, Wimbledon champion Reilly Opelka, ITF No. 3 Michael Mmoh, No. 10 William Blumberg, as well as Stefan Kozlov and Frances Tiafoe

And I know its only World Team Tennis, but Fritz beat Denis Kudla, who is ranked inside the top 100, in a set this week.

Yes, at some point. This is not a team sport, all it takes is one.

True fact: White Europeans are better athletes than White Americans in pretty much every sport. They're better in soccer, basketball, hockey and tennis just to name a few.

The USTA Boys national championships are held in my hometown of Kalamazoo, MI. I'll let you know if any of the kids look like the next Agassi.

Jared Donaldson won 3 matches in qualifying and 1st round in Atlanta 250.

Tiafoe was hanging in there with Groth, but looks like Groth will run away with it in the second with an early break.
