Disney wasn't joking around, when they said to clean house.

Expect more in next year, as contracts come close to ending.

Gruden is next imo, but I think he has a contract for 4-5 more years.

He is ESPN's highest paid employee. He makes a shitload of money, and he effects MNF ratings not one iota.

They could get any commentators on there, and as long as they aren't completely terrible, they will be fine.

Disagree. Gruden makes me want to watch MNF. I love him as a commentator. Knows the game like the back of his hand.

ESPN spends all this money on dumbass shite like a fancy new studio in California and Midnight Sportcenter gimmicks yet they let the personalities walk. IDGAF in this instance cause I dispise Skip, but that's the wrong approach IMO.

Skip leaving is addition by subtraction. Tirico is too bland to have an opinion on, he's like the walking incarnation of the color beige. Neither of the recent losses are bad things for ESPN.

And Chris Berman, who is going to still be at ESPN calling the HR Derby until he dies.

Joe Dumars will be the GM of the Pelicans the exact time Gruden takes the head coaching job at LSU

This just means more job opportunities for former fast pitch softball players and former UCONN women's basketball players

They do this every so often with their on air personalities. ESPN will be fine the rest of these stations are playing catch up and never will catch up.

ESPN's new 4 anchor approach to morning Sportscenter is as bad as sports on TV gets. Anyone associated with the development and production of that show should be banned from television for the rest of their lives.
