If ring amount is the only logic you MJ lovers have to support the contention he's the GOAT, then y'all should just close shop and acknowledge Bill Russell and Robert Horry are the two GOATs because Bill has 11(8 titles in a row at one stretch) and Horry has 7(more than Jordan). How about Kareem Abdul-Jabbar who played in 10 NBA Finals out of 20 seasons and won 6 along with 6 league MVPs? Gold standard.

Because it generates clicks. That's it.

How exactly would it not be likely? What evidence do you have that shows otherwise?

He's got the 1995 Eastern Conference Semifinals as evidence, which is more than anything you can muster to defend that he likely would be 8-0.

More evidence than you have to show he would have, that's a definite.

It's not a debate. Lebron chased titles. Left home to make a super team in search of them. Jordan went and took them.

He played in the 1995 playoffs, and averaged 31.5pts---6.5reb-----4.5asst-----48.4% and they still lost in 6 games in the ECF, to a team who then got swept.

He left because he had to. He gave them plenty of time to get a team around him; they didn't do it.

If MJ is drafted in 2003 by the Cavs, does he ever win 6 titles if he stays in CLE his whole career?

Thanks for getting roasted on this friday

Hold up...

You think Jordan would have won 6 titles if he were drafted by the Cavs and stayed with the Cavs?

And yet you oppose me so vehemently in sports debates despite we agree on LeBron's status in history

We could agree on more if you didn't have such terrible opinions.

The East has won 3 of the 7 NBA Finals this decade(LeBron primarily responsible for), he's played a 60 win Derrick Rose-Bulls team, a 60 win Hawks team, a 51 win Raptors and 53 win Celtics team, the Big 3 in Boston and a 56 win Pacers team in the playoffs so this whole "East is a cake conference" narrative is complete and utter nonsense.

If you'd pay attention, then you'd see that you're only strengthening my argument.

Jordan's presents would have made larry Hughes into pippen. Pippen was nothing if not a product of Jordan's unmatched will to compete and win.
